Hatha Yoga  is a series of slow physical movements & postures which promote strength, flexibility and balance of the body. Combined with deep breathing exercises and mindfulness, this can restore synchronisation of the body’s natural motion, leaving one feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalised.   

It is not necessary to be fit and agile to start yoga - men and women of all ages and levels of ability (from those with some health problems to athletes) may participate and benefit. It is non-competitive, so everyone works within their own capabilities.
